Accomodation in Marrakesh
You will be staying in a small boutique hotel called Riad Magellan. This peaceful place in the heart of old town Medina, has 6 beautifully decorated rooms with a private bathroom. You will see a plunge-pool in the courtyard, and there is a rooftop terrace making this a secure and tranquil oasis. The courtyard sports sun loungers, a covered terrace and many private and open areas to enjoy. This place will give you the opportunity to truly relax and escape from the noise of your usual life. There is FREE Wi-Fi connectivity if needed.
Your instructor is Stephanie Benetiere, an Alliance certified, Prem Flow Yoga experienced teacher (Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Vinyasa Yoga)). Her main practice is Flow Vinyasa style as she loves the creativity and infinite variations while holding precision alignment. She also has background in Traditional Chinese Medicine dedicated to women. Blending her knowledge into her teaching, she promotes the flow of natural energy in the body. Utilizing a dynamic and yin yoga asanas, in her own joyful vinyasa style.
At this beautiful meditation and yoga retreat you will be provided with daily juices, brunch, tea time and a vegetarian dinner. Verveine (for tea) and water are complimentary. If you have special dietary requirements it’s a good idea to communicate it to the organizer when making a reservation.

The classes are taught by Stef, originally from France, who teaches in a way that moves through stages, layers and levels of the body, which makes this class suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners.
