Trek Your Way to Wellness with mountain leader and yogi, Bella Somerset! Bella combines her experience of yoga with the healing power of nature to hold a space for you to let go of stress and create a healthy, nourishing atmosphere.
With Bella’s trips, you will learn to re-connect to yourself, to others and to nature. She knows how the mind can get too active which can cause an imbalance or feeling overwhelmed. By using yoga to link the breath and the stillness of the mind, balance is achieved. As well, she teaches in a way that you can bring back everything you learned back home and stay in alignment with yourself.
